Why hire a trained Intimacy Professional?
An Intimacy Professional works to advocate, collaborate and communicate with the creative and production teams in live performance/TV and film to support scenes involving intimacy or nudity.
At the forefront of intimacy work is advocating for the wellbeing of actors telling these intimate stories, working within their boundaries and with consent forward practice to facilitate a safer space to create. Intimacy Professionals collaborate with the director and the actors to choreograph the intimate stories being told, supporting the relevant communication between actor, director, and wider team.
By hiring a trained and qualified Intimacy Professional you are not only contributing to the advancement of consent forward practice in our industry, but you are also ensuring that your production can rest easy knowing that industry protocols, creative team confidence and thoughtful choreography is being responsibly and ethically managed to the highest level of expertise.
Is Hope the right fit for your project?
